Business may have a larger sphere of influence in social media right now, but there are a lot of the discrepancies between average internet user behavior and brand behavior. However, many big businesses need to step up their social media game: while almost EVERYONE (91% of online adults) uses some form of social media, only 22% of businesses have a social media manager dedicated to maintaining their brand online.
