This is part of the memuco broadcast system, working together with an agency in Mexico PROFEPA to spread awareness on endangered (and not endangered) animals throughout the northern region of Mexico. It's the first agency that I know that get's involved in social media with graphics and trying to spread the word together with a crazy environmental artist the series produces a new graphic every other week and both the artist and agency post them on their social media sites.
