Using cold water will minimize all sorts of discoloration temporarily and constrict the tiny blood vessels underneath the eyes. For cold water compression. use two chilled spoons, along with a get eye mask, and slices of cucumber.
ALMONDS & MINT
Almonds and mint are both effective for reducing under-eye circles. Mint Is extremely cool and applying it in crushed form will help alleviate dark circles around your eyes. Pistachios can be very effective for removing dark areas around the eyes. Grind a few nuts by using mortar and pestle. Add a teaspoon of cold milk and apply the mixture around the eye area.
