Ashtanga Vinyasa is a traditional yoga practice that was introduced by K. Pattabhi Jois. Therefore ‘Ashtanga’ means 8 limbed.Primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa is the foundation step of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
