Arizona's education savings accounts (ESAs) are the first of their kind in the U.S.

Their survey was released by the Friedman Foundation for Educational Choice in a new report titled “Schooling Satisfaction: Arizona Parents’ Opinions on Using Education Savings Accounts.”
