Over 100 million people watch online video on an Ooyala-powered video player every single month. Viewership numbers for over one million U.S. viewers and found that, on average, consumers watch around 40% more video on a tablet than on a mobile device. We also found that Android users watch dramatically less video than iPad users. Although Android currently represents about 25% of the US tablet market, it accounts for just 3% of all video viewed on tablets.
