We're a startup which is helping people remove their personal information from websites which sell it -- we find a user's information in databases, and then automate the process of opting out -- making privacy easy. Over the past few months we've received a flood of complaints about the people-search website BeenVerified.com; our users had issues ranging from privacy violations to blatantly bad business practices. We took it upon ourselves to create an infographic that explains what BeenVerified does, so that potential customers and consumers can avoid some of the problems that have been brought to our attention, and learn more about information brokers.
