Visual.ly is looking for a head of customer happiness to join our team. We've launched an international marketplace and you will be part of our growing customer support team .This will be a hands on role, we’re a startup and you will be a key player over the next year.

This position can work remotely as well.


  • Providing support to all customers by email and/or phone
  • Help grow the team as we internationally grow in the next year
  • Build a knowledge base for customer issues
  • Ensuring and improving customer satisfaction on our platform

Who you are

  • You're a do'er and get stuff done.
  • 3+ years experience with customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working independently with little direction.
  • A passion for ensuring a good user experience.
  • Experience working remotely with different teams and time zones.
