Head of Customer Happiness
Visual.ly is looking for a head of customer happiness to join our team. We've launched an international marketplace and you will be part of our growing customer support team .This will be a hands on role, we’re a startup and you will be a key player over the next year.
This position can work remotely as well.
Responsibilities
- Providing support to all customers by email and/or phone
- Help grow the team as we internationally grow in the next year
- Build a knowledge base for customer issues
- Ensuring and improving customer satisfaction on our platform
Who you are
- You're a do'er and get stuff done.
- 3+ years experience with customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working independently with little direction.
- A passion for ensuring a good user experience.
- Experience working remotely with different teams and time zones.
