Visual.ly is looking for a contract operations specialist to join the team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to help build process and take on hands on roles in operations in a fast growing startup and work closely with management. You will also have an opportunity to work and understand different operational areas within a fast-growing company. We're looking to hire this person immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the user acquisition team to help qualify leads
  • Work with sales to help close commissioner projects.
  • Works closely with customer support to help understand different customer issues

Who you are

  • You're a do'er and get stuff done.
  • Willingness to learn and work with different technologies and systems
  • Working independently with little direction.
  • Are a generalist
  • Great communication skills

 

Previous business dev. experience or startup operations experience is preferred.
