5 3D Printed Foods

5FOODS THATHAVE BEEN 3D PRINTED Cooking isn't everyone's favourite task. After a long day at the office you want something instant. You don't want to have to slave over an oven for an hour. Well, the future of cooking might look very different. There are many companies out there testing 3D printers to squeeze out our food. So, without further ado, here we'll look at some of the options on the menu at the moment. Pizza NADA granted a company to develop a printer that produces pizza. PIZZA! The prototype uses powdered foods and oils, while offering the nutrition you need. It starts by printing a layer of dough onto a plate. That dough is then baked and then it'll lay on a tomato base. Chocolate Ever been struck by the urge to eat copious amounts of chocolate? Well, now you can create your own. A business has agreed to start looking into developing 3D printing to create "confectionary treats." Chocolates could be created in whatever shape you want. Endless possibilities... Ravioli Launching later this year is a printer that's set to be able to make many types of food. Called the Natural Machine's Foodini, one of the goods it can create is ravioli. First you load the dough and filling into the machine's food capsules and then, select 'ravioli' on the printers interface. It'll then print out your ravioli ready to cook Chickpea nuggets Using chickpeas, bread crumbs, garlic, spices, olive oil and salt the Natural Machine can create a vegetarian snack to die for. Sugar sweets Bored of the standard sugar cubes? Then, for a price, you can purchase a 3D printer that'll produce unique shaped sugar confections. It can print cake toppers too. So if you have a sweet tooth, this is the 3D printer for you. So, who knows? In the future you might not have to slave away for hours on end. You might just be able to print the food you want out!
