October 14, 2010: A great idea deserves a great Twitter handle: @sparkhire. facebook July 7, 2011: Getting ready to open, Spark Hire's Facebook profile goes twitter live. February 2012: * Spark Hire is born! Spark Hire has 2 employees. * February 6th, 2012: First employer and job seeker accounts are created. April 30th, 2012: * Spark Hire goes to its first conference, the IHRIM HRMS Strategies Conference and Technology Exposition in Chicago, IL. * Spark Hire will go on to attend 7 more conferences in 2012! May 2012: Spark Hire goes international! The service opens up to international users, allowing candidates and employers to connect all over the world. A job seeker interviews for a great job in Fun Fact Chicago..while out of the country during an internship abroad! .... Can you hear me now? Spark Hire's iPhone app makes it the first platform that allows you to record video resumes and interviews from your mobile phone. Spark Hire attends the ERE Fall Expo in Hollywood, FL and the lowa SHRM State Conference in Des Moines, IA. October 2012: Spark Hire releases the first video interviewing and video resume app for Android allowing these job seekers to perform a one-way video interview from their smartphone.
